Replacement contract through Adecco.

Teleworking: two days per week to be coordinated with the manager.

Schedule: full-time from 07:30h to 20:00h (flexibility in entry and exit times). On Fridays, the workday is intensive.

The role

Would you like to be part of a leading company in the energy and industrial sector?

We are looking to hire a B2B Sales Support professional to collaborate with the sales team in the management and follow-up of corporate clients, participating in administrative and commercial processes aimed at offering quality service and contributing to business development.

What you'll do

Provide administrative and operational support to the B2B sales team.

Manage and follow up on contractual and commercial documentation.

Process requests, inquiries, and incidents from corporate clients.

Coordinate and follow up on procedures related to bodies and Public Administrations.

Keep information updated in the internal management systems.

Prepare commercial activity reports and reports.

Collaborate in the preparation and presentation of documentation for tenders, contests, and other administrative procedures.

Support coordination between different departments to guarantee correct customer service.

Follow up on administrative processes and deadlines, ensuring compliance with established requirements.

Requirements

Junior profile eager to learn and develop professionally.

Adaptability, organization, and attention to detail.

Valuable experience or knowledge related to the management of Administrations.

Previous experience in sales support, administration, or B2B customer service roles will be valued.

Good command of computer tools and the Office suite.

Communication and teamwork skills.
