What we're looking for
DO YOU IDENTIFY WITH THIS? IT IS TIME TO TAKE THE LEAP!VALUED TRAINING:
University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Administration and Management, or related disciplines.
VALUED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, and Data Analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Business Objects, or equivalent tools.
Exploitation and analysis of large volumes of information using SQL.
Programming and data analysis with Python and its analytical ecosystem: Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn.
Cloud Data environments and platforms such as Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, BigQuery, or Databricks.
Statistical modeling and predictive techniques: segmentation, propensity, recommendation, and forecasting.
Generative AI tools such as Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude, as well as design, optimization, and prompt governance oriented toward the business.
Integration of AI into analytical and decision processes, and automation through AI and low-code/no-code tools.
Understanding of complex business problems, customer vision, results orientation, data storytelling, influence, and executive communication.
Demonstrable experience in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics, developing data-based analyses and solutions and preparing executive presentations for management and committees.
Experience working with SQL, visualization and reporting tools, and Python for data analysis.
Nice to have
Certifications in Data Analytics, Cloud, or Artificial Intelligence will be valued.
Knowledge of LLM models, RAG techniques, and AI agents applied to business will be valued.
Experience in telecommunications, technology, or strategic consulting companies will be especially valued.
Participation in digital transformation projects, applied business AI, or advanced analytics will also be valued, as well as experience in analytical marketing, CRM, personalization, customer segmentation, or campaign measurement.

Your mission will be to analyze the behavior of customers, products, channels, and value propositions, converting large volumes of data into actionable recommendations. Additionally, you will drive Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence projects that allow for anticipating behaviors, optimizing processes, improving customer experience, and accelerating value creation for Telefónica España.
What you'll do
In-depth analysis of customer, product, channel, and value proposition behavior, integrating and exploiting large volumes of information to identify patterns, business levers, opportunities, and risks.
Transform analytical results into actionable recommendations for decision-making, preparing executive presentations and data narratives aimed at management and business committees.
Lead Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics projects, contributing to the design and evolution of analysis, segmentation, personalization, propensity, recommendation, and forecasting capabilities.
Drive Artificial Intelligence use cases applied to the business and integrate generative AI, LLM models, RAG techniques, and agents into analytical and decision-making processes when they provide value.
Automate analysis and reporting processes through AI and low-code/no-code tools, establishing design, optimization, and prompt governance criteria oriented toward the business.
Collaborate with Business, Marketing, Channels, CRM, Technology, and Data areas to translate complex problems into data and AI-based solutions, anticipate behaviors, optimize processes, and improve customer experience.
