AIRBUS offer more than 70 vacancies for our full time graduate program in Spain #Discover I 2027 2028 Starting date March 2027 until February 2028.

We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

The selection process will be during October 2026 until January 2027.

What does this internship consists in?

Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to Discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full time experience (40 h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Internship Job Description

• Monitor project milestones: Track the development lifecycle of AI initiatives within the Repairs department to ensure on-time delivery.
• Gather business requirements: Shadow and interview repair team to translate their daily operational pain points into functional AI features.
• Own project documentation: Create clear user guides, workflow diagrams, and technical documentation for the deployed AI repair tools.

By the end of this internship, you will have acquired the following core competencies:

• End-to-End AI Deployment: Practical knowledge of how AI models move from data preparation to operational use.
• Agile Methodology (User Stories): Ability to test, benchmark, and audit AI outputs against expert human diagnostics.
• Smart Operations (Repairs): Deep understanding of repair process and KPIs and workflows optimization.
• Change Management: Skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users, facilitating AI adoption in the field.

Deploying AI solutions within operations, combining hands-on technical validation in BRAIN and MAIA with data tracking in SAP.

• General knowledge in ERP & Logistics Systems
