The role

Santalucía, a leader in the insurance sector with over 100 years of history, is a benchmark in the distribution of insurance solutions through our Exclusive Agencies.

We are in the midst of growth and are looking for ambitious and passionate people to join our Exclusive Agents channel. At this moment, we are expanding our team and we need Exclusive Agents!

What you'll do

Commercially represent Santalucía in your area, managing the client portfolio and developing new opportunities.
Acquire new policyholders through planned and strategic sales visits.
Prepare and present personalized offers that add value to clients.
Retain the existing portfolio, ensuring continuous and quality follow-up.
