JOIN THE ALMA Corp. TEAM! Gardening and Landscaping Specialist.
We are a multi-sector group with more than 30 years of building iconic brands that leave a mark. We operate in Beauty & Longevity, Hospitality & Living, and Mobility, with a presence in Spain, Mexico, and Panama and more than 1 billion in assets under management. We are not a typical holding company. We are a group that creates industries, rather than following them.
At ALMA Corp., we manage high-value real estate assets: from exclusive student residences to hotels and Flex Living spaces.
Our student residences, hotels, and Flex Living spaces stand out for their green areas, terraces, and gardens, which act as lungs and meeting points for our community. We know that the environment is part of the experience, so we are looking for a professional passionate about botany and technical maintenance to ensure our outdoor spaces look impeccable all year round.
Your mission will not just be "mowing the lawn," but comprehensively managing the landscape of our assets. We are looking for a technician with aesthetic judgment and solid knowledge in plant health who understands that a well-kept garden is ALMA Corp.'s best calling card.
Comprehensive Green Area Maintenance: Mowing and edging of lawns, pruning of shrubs, and care of ornamental plants while respecting their biological cycles.
Irrigation System Management: Programming, adjusting, and repairing automatic irrigation systems to optimize water consumption.
Plant Health: Application of manures, fertilizers, and phytosanitary treatments according to the season, ensuring preventive control of pests and diseases.
Machinery Maintenance: Safe use and tuning of tools (lawnmowers, brush cutters, blowers, pruners).
Cleaning and Aesthetics: Keeping outdoor areas, terraces, and gardens free of debris, guaranteeing a constant look of excellence.
Do you want our gardens to bear your signature? If you are a professional with expert hands for nature and a clinical eye for technical detail, we want to meet you. Send us your CV and help us grow Alma Corp.'s spaces.
The group operates through three strategic divisions: Alma Beauty & Longevity (hairdressing, barbering and cosmetics, with brands such as Marco Aldany, Rizos and Macho Barbershop), Alma Hospitality & Living (an international operator of coliving and flex living, plus gastronomy, leisure and entertainment concepts such as Arrogante, Okio Market and Mano, with more than 20 restaurants in 6 countries and annual revenue above 60 million US dollars), and Alma Mobility (sustainable and aerial mobility, including the ELA Aviation gyrocopter business).
The group is controlled by the Fernández Luengo family and positions itself as a reference player in the sectors it invests in, combining personal care, hospitality and living concepts with community, wellbeing, design and technology.
