About the role of Product Manager promotional strategy

We are currently looking for a person with experience as a Product Manager whose main mission will be to define, lead, and execute the Brand's promotional strategy, maximizing the impact on sales, margin, and customer value perception, through an analytical, data-driven, and business-oriented approach. The position acts as Product Owner of the promotional strategy, guaranteeing the correct planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of campaigns, as well as the continuous identification of growth opportunities and P&L optimization by channel.

Main duties

Among their main functions, the following stand out:

· Define and manage the Brand's annual promotional calendar, guaranteeing rigorous planning of key milestones, compliance with deadlines, and the consistency of the promotional strategy with commercial, brand, and financial objectives.

· Guarantee compliance with Internal Audit protocols in promotional strategy decision-making, ensuring the traceability, consistency, and analytical rigor of decisions.

· Act as Product Owner of promotional strategy campaigns, leading their comprehensive management and cross-functional coordination with Marketing, support areas, and the business, guaranteeing homogeneous and aligned execution across all channels.

· Define and lead the pricing and profitability strategy by channel, analyzing the impact of prices, discounts, and promotions on sales, margin, and P&L, and proposing adjustments to optimize results.

· Define and supervise the multichannel promotional strategy, ensuring the consistency of the promotional mix and the monitoring of its impact on physical, digital, ecommerce, aggregators, and LSM channels, aligned with the Brand's commercial objectives.

· Propose and lead promotional pilots and innovation initiatives, including the preparation of the Business Case together with BI, implementation, monitoring of results, their optimization, and recommendation for national scaling or otherwise.

· Lead, together with BI, the comprehensive analysis of promotional performance, including the preparation of Business Cases, the monitoring of results and deviations, reporting to DPI, and the design and maintenance of monitoring dashboards for decision-making.

· Lead the definition and rollout of promotional messages, ensuring the consistency of the argument, correct execution in stores and for customers, and the management of the Marketing Calendar in DPI format.

· Lead competitive and category analysis, integrating the monitoring of competitors' promotional activity, its impact on the business, and the use of specialized tools for strategic decision-making.

· Proactively propose consultancy support, platforms, or tools based on analytical models and/or AI-based tools to achieve their work.

· Define the promotional strategy for new business models and openings, ensuring consistency with the Brand's value proposition.
