The role
First-level technical assistance for users in the industrial-production sector, regarding equipment, infrastructure, systems, and IT services. Monitoring of the production environment for immediate attention and resolution, or escalation and follow-up of incidents, to guarantee the functionality of the platform and the effective/efficient management and follow-up of any problems that arise.
