We are looking for an Onsite IT Technician Level 1 to join a consolidated industrial environment, where you will play a key role providing on-site support to both office and factory users.

If you enjoy combining user support, incident resolution and teamwork within an IT department, this could be your opportunity.

User support for incidents related to:

• Computer equipment (laptops, desktop PCs, tablets, and corporate mobile devices).
• Printers, scanners, readers, monitors, and other peripherals.
• Windows systems and corporate applications.
• Fixed and mobile telephony.

Basic support in the industrial environment:

• Industrial and laboratory applications.
• First-level incident resolution.
• Coordination with specialized teams when necessary.

IT infrastructure and services:

• Meeting rooms, video conferencing, and audiovisual equipment.
• Basic connectivity: WiFi, wired network, and VPN.
• Ticket management and tracking.
• IT asset inventory and control.
• Application of security policies.
• Documentation of procedures and solutions.
• Basic system monitoring.

Soporte a usuarios en incidencias relacionadas con:

• Equipos informáticos (portátiles, PCs, tablets y dispositivos móviles corporativos).
• Impresoras, escáneres, lectores, monitores y otros periféricos.
• Sistemas Windows y aplicaciones corporativas.
• Telefonía fija y móvil.

Soporte básico en entorno industrial:

• Aplicaciones industriales y de laboratorio.
• Resolución de incidencias de primer nivel.
• Coordinación con equipos especializados cuando sea necesario.

Infraestructura y servicios IT:

• Salas de reuniones, videoconferencia y equipos audiovisuales.
• Conectividad básica: WiFi, red cableada y VPN.
• Gestión y seguimiento de tickets.
• Inventario y control de activos IT.
• Aplicación de políticas de seguridad.
• Documentación de procedimientos y soluciones.
• Monitorización básica de sistemas.
