We are looking for an IT Technician Level 1 (Onsite) to join a well-established industrial environment, where you will play a key role in providing onsite support to both office and factory users.

If you enjoy combining user support, incident resolution, and teamwork within an IT department, this could be your opportunity.

What you'll do

User support for incidents related to:

Computer equipment (laptops, PCs, tablets, and corporate mobile devices).
Printers, scanners, readers, monitors, and other peripherals.
Windows systems and corporate applications.
Fixed and mobile telephony.

Basic support in industrial environments:

Industrial and laboratory applications.
First-level incident resolution.
Coordination with specialized teams when necessary.

IT infrastructure and services:

Meeting rooms, videoconferencing, and audiovisual equipment.
Basic connectivity: LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN.
Ticket management and tracking.
IT asset inventory and control.
Application of security policies.
Documentation of procedures and solutions.
Basic system monitoring.

Requirements

At least 1 year of prior experience in technical support, helpdesk, or user assistance.
Knowledge of Windows 10/11.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Basic knowledge of Active Directory.
Basic networking: LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, IP addressing, and cabling.
Experience using ticketing/ITSM tools.
Ability to diagnose hardware incidents.
