As a Business Development Representative at Amenitiz, you own the full sales cycle, from the first outbound touch to a signed contract. This is not a meeting-booking role. You prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close, managing your pipeline and revenue contribution end-to-end.
Prospecting & pipeline generation: Reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and chat. Maintain high activity levels and build a consistent pipeline from scratch. You own your full funnel.
Discovery & qualification: Understand each prospect's current setup, their challenges and operational needs. Identify fit quickly, prioritise opportunities and position Amenitiz in a way that is relevant to each business.
Product demos: Run structured, tailored demonstrations that connect product features to real business problems. Make the decision easy and viable for the client.
Objection handling & closing: Navigate doubts, competitive comparisons and timing objections with confidence. Create urgency where it is earned. Close the deal.
Pipeline management: Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date. Forecast reliably and ensure no follow-up slips through.
Collaboration: Work with Sales leadership and peers to continuously sharpen your approach. Share market feedback, objection patterns and competitive insights to help the team improve.
