The role

As a Process Specialist Junior at our warehouse in Santa Margarida i els Monjos (Vilafranca del Penedès), your main mission will be to ensure that the daily operation of the warehouse runs efficiently, in a standardized and stable way. You will work directly on the ground, where things happen, to detect deviations, analyze the root causes of problems, and implement operational improvements without losing sight of our critical KPIs.

Additionally, you will be the engine that ensures the level of competence and excellence of the plant teams. You will achieve this by designing and coordinating training plans aligned both with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and with real day-to-day needs, driving productivity, quality, and safety in a dynamic environment, in constant growth and full of new challenges.

What you'll do

  • Process Analysis and Optimization: Analyze real operational processes in the warehouse (picking, packing, inbound, returns, and B2B) to detect bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring errors.

  • Standardization and Quality: Define, update, and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), performing on-site process audits and monitoring their action plans.

  • Continuous Improvement: Lead continuous improvement actions under Lean / Kaizen methodologies that have a direct impact on KPI improvement, coordinating their implementation with operational managers.

  • Change Management: Actively collaborate with the Product Implementation team to ensure a smooth transition during software launches or updates (releases) that have a direct impact on operations.

  • Training Strategy: Define, maintain, and coordinate the operational training plan by process, zone, and role, adapting it to both new hires and specific campaigns, workload peaks, or changes in the warehouse layout.

  • On-site Training: Accompany operational teams through on-the-job training (on-the-job training), ensuring the correct execution of standard processes and relying on key profiles (trainers or references).

  • Impact Measurement: Constantly evaluate how the training provided influences key business KPIs (productivity, error reduction, and lead time).
