As a B2B Transport Operations Specialist , we are looking for a person to join our Transport team in Barcelona to lead and manage B2B transport operations.
You will be responsible for managing and creating internal routes, monitoring contracts with carriers and B2B deliveries, resolving issues in complex deliveries, and launching new international shuttles. Additionally, you will act as a dynamic profile with commercial skills to negotiate with carriers, expand the B2B options catalog, and lead the process of digitalization and integration of our carriers through our technology.
Your objective will be to optimize the B2B transport network, guarantee efficiency in the inbound and outbound flow of goods, and contribute to the growth and professionalization of the company's routes.
Internal and international route management: Design, implement, and manage internal and international transport routes.
B2B delivery monitoring: Supervise the correct execution of special shipments (palletized goods, bulky parcels, store deliveries, event setups, and supply to sales platforms).
B2B incident management: Detect and resolve operational problems derived from B2B transport in an agile manner.
Contracting and negotiation: Close and follow up on contracts with carriers and land transport providers.

Commercial proactivity: Use commercial skills and powers of persuasion to establish solid relationships, negotiate favorable conditions, and drive strategic agreements.
