The role

E-commerce brands are growing at an unstoppable pace, but many still face logistical challenges that hinder their expansion. At Amphora Logistics, we transform that reality.

We help independent brands scale efficiently, offering comprehensive logistical solutions that combine advanced technology, operational agility, and close service.

Since 2020, we have developed a logistics platform that supports more than 300 clients in Europe and the United States. With a team of more than 200 professionals in Barcelona, Madrid, Italy, and the USA, and using our own warehouse management system, Atenea, we offer real-time visibility, route optimization, and total inventory control.

We are driven by the energy of a young team that never tires of growing and innovating. At Amphora, we believe in moving the needle with purpose, maintaining an inexhaustible attitude, and acting as a single team of warriors. We are driven by a passion for improving, learning, and taking on challenges with courage, always focused on generating real and sustainable impact.

At Amphora Logistics, we are building the logistics suite that allows e-commerce brands to completely outsource their fulfillment operations. Our proposal combines our own OMS (Order Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System), developed internally by our product team.

We are looking for a Product Manager with a respective focus on OMS or WMS. You will be the person responsible for understanding problems in depth, defining what we build, and ensuring that the team executes it with clarity. You will work closely with the development and design squads, reporting directly to the Head of Product.

This role has real ownership over its product roadmap. We are not looking for someone to manage tickets or coordinate sprints: we are looking for someone who makes product decisions with judgment, based on data and direct conversations with customers. We are looking for someone who conceptualizes, structures, and keeps the pulse of projects through to delivery.

What you'll do

  1. Strategy and roadmap

  • Define and build roadmap projects (OMS or WMS) aligned with the suite's vision and business objectives.

  • Prioritize features based on customer impact, technical feasibility, and company strategy.

  • Coordinate with the PM of the other product to ensure consistency across the suite and manage cross-product dependencies.

  1. Discovery

  • Maintain regular conversations with other departments to understand their operations, their problems, and their unmet needs.

  • Translate operational insight into clear and actionable requirements for the development and design teams.

  • Identify improvement opportunities in fulfillment processes that can become a competitive advantage for Amphora.

  1. Execution and delivery

  • Lead and collaborate with development and design leads in defining solutions, ensuring the team has everything they need to execute.

  • Participate in team dynamics (plannings, reviews) in the role of business clarifier, not task manager.

  • Track product metrics and make informed decisions based on them.

  1. Communication and influence

  • Manage internal stakeholder expectations with clarity and judgment, prioritizing what truly moves the business.

Hiring process

  1. 45' online with Carlota, Talent Acquisition Specialist.

  2. 60' in-person interview with Head of Product.
