The role

E-commerce brands are growing at an unstoppable pace, but many still face logistical challenges that hinder their expansion. At Amphora Logistics, we transform that reality.

We help independent brands scale efficiently, offering comprehensive logistical solutions that combine advanced technology, operational agility, and close service.

Since 2020, we have developed a logistics platform that supports more than 300 clients in Europe and the United States. With a team of more than 200 professionals in Barcelona, Madrid, Italy, and the USA, and using our own warehouse management system, Atenea, we offer real-time visibility, route optimization, and total inventory control.

We are driven by the energy of a young team that never tires of growing and innovating. At Amphora, we believe in moving the needle with purpose, maintaining an inexhaustible attitude, and acting as a single team of warriors. We are driven by a passion to improve, learn, and take on challenges with courage, always focused on generating real and sustainable impact.

We are looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM), who will be the strategic and operational engine behind Amphora's most relevant accounts. Their mission will be to manage and enhance the relationship with our top-tier brands, acting as their external operations director and guaranteeing a service of maximum excellence throughout their entire supply chain. They will lead operational execution within the warehouse while identifying key opportunities for growth, upselling, and internationalization for their clients, working in close collaboration with the Warehouse, Transport, Finance, and Technology teams.

They will be a key figure in transforming our brands' logistics into a competitive advantage, combining solid analytical capacity, business vision, and a hands-on spirit to solve problems on the ground.

What you'll do

  1. Strategic key account management (Account Ownership)

  • To be the single point of reference for a small group of top-tier accounts, with deep knowledge of their business, seasonality, margins, and objectives.

  • To build a relationship of trust and long-term partnership, with proactive and recurring contact (not just reactive to incidents).

  • To analyze operational and financial KPIs for each account (processing and delivery SLAs, costs, profitability) to anticipate problems and propose improvements.

  1. Operational management of the account in the warehouse

  • To coordinate with the warehouse teams (picking, packing, dispatch) to ensure compliance with their accounts' service agreements, being present in the warehouse and on the ground when necessary.

  • To act as a filter and resolver for their clients' day-to-day operations, escalating only critical or systemic incidents.

  • To supervise the execution of projects and demand peaks (launches, campaigns, Black Friday, opening of new warehouses).

  1. Business consultancy and account growth

  • To detect and execute upselling opportunities (additional services, carrier changes, stock insurance, packaging, barcodes, pick-up points, retention programs, etc.), in line with Amphora's commercial objectives.

  • To advise brands on internationalization processes: opening new markets and warehouses, choosing carriers, and country-specific conditions.

  • To provide support and expertise regarding customs and international transport taxation (DDP, EORI/VAT, tariffs) in coordination with the finance and transport teams.

  • To prepare and present periodic account analyses (performance, profitability, action plan) to clients and management.

Hiring process

  1. 45' online with Júlia, Talent Acquisition Specialist.

  2. 60' in-person interview with Alex Reig, Head of Operations
