The role
E-commerce brands are growing at an unstoppable pace, but many still face logistical challenges that hinder their expansion. At Amphora Logistics, we transform that reality.
We help independent brands scale efficiently, offering comprehensive logistical solutions that combine advanced technology, operational agility, and close service.
Since 2020, we have developed a logistics platform that supports more than 300 clients in Europe and the United States. With a team of more than 200 professionals in Barcelona, Madrid, Italy, and the USA, and using our own warehouse management system, Atenea, we offer real-time visibility, route optimization, and total inventory control.
We are driven by the energy of a young team that never tires of growing and innovating. At Amphora, we believe in moving the needle with purpose, maintaining an inexhaustible attitude, and acting as a single team of warriors. We are driven by a passion to improve, learn, and take on challenges with courage, always focused on generating real and sustainable impact.
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Finance team and take on the comprehensive management of the billing cycle for the Italian market in a company undergoing full transformation and growth. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of all billing processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance at every stage. You will collaborate cross-functionally with different teams to ensure an accurate data flow and improve information traceability.
This role is ideal for someone methodical, analytical, and oriented toward continuous improvement, who wants to contribute to optimizing key processes and have a direct impact on the company's financial efficiency.
What you'll do
Manage the complete monthly billing cycle: pre-billing, adjustments, and closing.
Management of an assigned client portfolio.
Resolve billing incidents: identifying their root causes and coordinating with the Technology, Transport, and Operations teams until the incident is resolved in a scalable manner.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Tech teams to ensure an accurate flow of information.
Analyze incidents and trends within the assigned portfolio, identifying patterns, key indicators, and opportunities for improvement to reduce errors and speed up problem resolution.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for automation, standardization, and process optimization.
How you'll work
🌐 Hybrid environment: Combine in-person work with remote work. In the case of profiles located in the USA, the position will be 100% remote.
