Job Mission

We are hiring a Social Area Delegate for the Canary Islands, with the objective of reinforcing GAES's internal knowledge in the field of social work and offering specialized support to our stores. Your mission will be to manage the social area of GAES in the region and become the point of reference for the stores: you will collaborate with teams, social work professionals, and entities in your environment to improve the care and satisfaction of our social sector clients.

You will be oriented towards meeting the objectives of the Social Area, creating synergies with the different departments of the company, and making the area's resources known to public and private organizations, while also promoting collaboration with social entities linked to hearing health.

Location: residence in Gran Canaria or Tenerife
Mobility: regular travel throughout the area (driver's license essential). A company car is offered for the development of professional activities.

• Dissemination of the Social Area and the GAES brand among professionals in the social and healthcare fields and various entities.

• Contact and coordination with hearing centers, the medical area, social workers, residences, associations, and other collaborating entities.

• Support and coordination with hearing centers in everything related to the Social Area.

• Organization of visits, talks, social workshops, and participation in industry congresses and events.

• Management of financial aid, agreements with entities, referrals, and requests related to the Social Area.

• Assessment of users for social profiling and case follow-up.

• A project with purpose, contributing to improving people's quality of life through hearing health.
