The role

What you'll do

Answering and filtering telephone calls.
Reception and assistance for visitors, clients, and suppliers.
Access control and management of visitor credentials, as well as coordination and booking of meeting rooms.
Managing courier services and correspondence.
Filing and organizing documentation.
Purchase and management of office supplies.
Organization of travel, accommodation, and meeting logistics.
Administrative support and assistance in the daily management of the office for the different departments.
