· User management in Active Directory
· Configuration and management of devices with Microsoft Intune
· Device enrollment in Azure / Azure AD
· First-level technical support and incident management
· Ticket registration and tracking
· Mon-Fri: 8:00 to 17:00
· Fri: 8:00 to 15:00 (occasional rotating on-call shifts from 10:00 to 18:00)
