Manager Business Transformation & IT Advisory

We are looking to hire a Manager to drive transformation and advisory projects, with experience in one of our two main areas of specialization: Business Transformation & Operational Excellence or Sourcing & IT Advisory.

Lead strategic consulting and transformation projects, accompanying our clients in the definition and implementation of solutions that improve their operating models, optimize their processes, and maximize the value of their technological and organizational capabilities.

• Lead consulting and transformation projects for clients across different sectors, from strategic definition to the design and support of solution implementation.

• Participate in projects related to one of the following areas:

  • Business Transformation & Operational Excellence: process transformation and optimization, design and evolution of operating models, organizational change management, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.

  • Sourcing & IT Advisory: definition of sourcing strategies, IT service delivery models, IT Governance, CIO Advisory, technology strategy, cost optimization, and vendor management.

• Identify opportunities for improvement and transformation, providing innovative solutions oriented toward generating business value.

• Manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

• Coordinate and develop consulting teams, ensuring the quality of deliverables, the achievement of objectives, and the professional development of the professionals under their charge.

• Contribute to the development of commercial proposals, offers, and new service lines, actively participating in the growth of the area.

• More than 8 years of professional experience in consulting, preferably in strategy, business, transformation, or technology consulting firms.

• Demonstrable experience leading consulting projects and managing work teams.

• Solid experience in at least one of these two areas:

  • Processes, operational excellence, organizational transformation, operating models, or change management.

  • Sourcing, IT Advisory, CIO Advisory, technology strategy, or IT governance models.

• Ability to interact with executive profiles and manage client relationships.

• Strategic vision and the ability to combine business analysis with a practical orientation toward results.

• Experience in business development, preparation of proposals, and detection of commercial opportunities.

• Advanced level of English.

• Certifications in improvement and transformation methodologies and frameworks such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Scrum or similar.

• Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt).

• Experience in complex transformation projects and multidisciplinary environments.

• Knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies.
