The role
We are looking for a Level 2 Helpdesk Technician with strong analytical skills, a focus on resolving advanced technical issues, and experience in the operational management of support services. The ideal candidate combines broad technological knowledge, the ability to document procedures, and flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities in dynamic environments.
What you'll do
- Handle escalated incidents from Level 1 that require advanced technical knowledge.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Configure operating systems, corporate applications, and network devices.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement definitive solutions.
- Collaborate with Level 3 on critical incidents and document procedures.
- Update the knowledge base with advanced solutions.
- Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure operational continuity in critical environments.
