Are you passionate about industrial transformation and the application of advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence to solve real business challenges? At Atos, we are looking for an Industrial Consultant with strategic vision, a results orientation, and deep knowledge of technologies applied to the industrial sector.

As an Industrial Consultant, you will lead industrial transformation initiatives, translating the strategic and operational needs of our clients into concrete, effective, and sustainable technological solutions. You will be the bridge between business and technology, guiding the design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions, including AI applications adapted to the industrial environment.

• Design and execute industrial transformation plans oriented toward tangible results, supported by digital technology and artificial intelligence.

• Translate business requirements into technological solutions aligned with industrial standards and advanced methodologies.

• Lead the integration of solutions in areas such as MES, PLM, ERP, IIoT, IT/OT integration, and advanced analytics.

• Design and implement AI use cases (predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, digital twins, computer vision, etc.).

• Coordinate multicultural and multidisciplinary teams, sharing best practices and international standards.

• Generate relationships of trust with clients and partners, positioning yourself as a high-value strategic advisor.

• Actively participate in business development initiatives, proposals, and commercial positioning.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• High capacity for analysis, planning, and management of complex projects.

• Experience developing presentations and proposals oriented toward value solutions.

• Native Spanish, fluent English (professional interactions with global teams).

• Innovative mindset, with interest in emerging trends (Industry 4.0, AI, digital twins, etc.).

Como Industrial Consultant, liderarás iniciativas de transformación industrial, traduciendo las necesidades estratégicas y operativas de nuestros clientes en soluciones tecnológicas concretas, efectivas y sostenibles. Serás el puente entre negocio y tecnología, guiando el diseño y la implementación de soluciones de vanguardia, incluyendo aplicaciones de IA adaptadas al entorno industrial.

• Diseñar y ejecutar planes de transformación industrial orientados a resultados tangibles, apoyados en tecnología digital e inteligencia artificial.

• Traducir los requerimientos de negocio en soluciones tecnológicas alineadas con estándares industriales y metodologías avanzadas.

• Liderar la integración de soluciones en áreas como MES, PLM, ERP, IIoT, integración IT/OT y analítica avanzada.

• Diseñar e implementar casos de uso de IA (mantenimiento predictivo, detección de anomalías, gemelos digitales, visión por computador, etc.).

• Coordinar equipos multiculturales y multidisciplinarios, compartiendo buenas prácticas y estándares internacionales.

• Generar relaciones de confianza con clientes y partners, posicionándote como asesor/a estratégico/a de alto valor.

• Participar activamente en iniciativas de desarrollo de negocio, propuestas y posicionamiento comercial.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y liderazgo.

• Alta capacidad de análisis, planificación y gestión de proyectos complejos.

• Experiencia desarrollando presentaciones y propuestas orientadas a soluciones de valor.

• Español nativo, inglés fluido (interacciones profesionales con equipos globales).

• Mentalidad innovadora, con interés por las tendencias emergentes (Industria 4.0, IA, gemelos digitales, etc.).
