• Anticipate business needs and ensure that architecture decisions are documented, communicated, and applied.
• Define and formalize target architectures, roadmaps, and maps of capabilities, domains, and systems.
• Maintain the quality of the architecture repository and document the application landscape and its interdependencies.
• Perform impact analyses and preliminary studies, and issue architecture recommendations.
• Lead architecture governance (ARB) with IT and business stakeholders, and report activity, progress, and maturity by domain.
• Improve the processes and methods of the function and facilitate coordination between teams.
• Translate architecture options into business cases—cost, benefit, risk, TCO—so that budget holders can decide with full visibility.
• Understand the cost, value, and regulatory levers of each domain and reflect them in architecture decisions.
• Quantify the benefits obtained (savings, risk, time-to-market, technical debt) and prioritize work by value and risk, not just by technical criteria.
• Identify modernization opportunities based on the application landscape and impact analyses—rationalization, consolidation, migration, integration, data, AI—and shape them as initiatives with scope, value, and estimated effort.
• Support demand qualification and solution framing: discovery workshops, scope definition, estimation hypotheses, and the technical content of proposals and investment requests.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both business and IT, so that Architecture intervenes at the beginning of the initiative lifecycle and not during the design phase.
• Application and integration impact assessments, with risk/benefit analysis and recommendations.
• Application maps, system diagrams, and business capability documentation.
• Target architectures and evolution roadmaps.
• ARB governance reports, including a record of decisions and their impact on value.
• Business cases and investment options (cost, benefit, risk, TCO), and a qualified backlog of opportunities with scope and estimation.

• Anticipar las necesidades de negocio y asegurar que las decisiones de arquitectura quedan documentadas, comunicadas y aplicadas.
• Definir y formalizar arquitecturas objetivo, roadmaps y mapas de capacidades, dominios y sistemas.
• Mantener la calidad del repositorio de arquitectura y documentar el parque aplicativo y sus interdependencias.
• Realizar análisis de impacto y estudios previos, y emitir recomendaciones de arquitectura.
• Liderar el gobierno de arquitectura (ARB) con interlocutores de TI y de negocio, y reportar actividad, avance y madurez por dominio.
• Mejorar los procesos y métodos de la función y facilitar la coordinación entre equipos.
• Traducir las opciones de arquitectura en casos de negocio -coste, beneficio, riesgo, TCO- para que los responsables de presupuesto decidan con visibilidad completa.
• Conocer las palancas de coste, valor y regulación de cada dominio y reflejarlas en las decisiones de arquitectura.
• Cuantificar los beneficios obtenidos (ahorro, riesgo, time-to-market, deuda técnica) y priorizar el trabajo por valor y riesgo, no solo por criterio técnico.
• Identificar oportunidades de modernización a partir del parque aplicativo y de los análisis de impacto -racionalización, consolidación, migración, integración, datos, IA- y darles forma como iniciativas con alcance, valor y esfuerzo estimado.
• Apoyar la cualificación de la demanda y el encuadre de soluciones: talleres de discovery, definición de alcance, hipótesis de estimación y contenido técnico de propuestas y peticiones de inversión.
• Actuar como asesor de confianza de negocio y TI, de modo que la Arquitectura intervenga al inicio del ciclo de vida de las iniciativas y no en la fase de diseño.
• Evaluaciones de impacto aplicativo y de integración, con análisis riesgo/beneficio y recomendaciones.
• Mapas aplicativos, diagramas de sistemas y documentación de capacidades de negocio.
• Arquitecturas objetivo y roadmaps de evolución.
• Informes de gobierno del ARB, con registro de decisiones y su impacto en valor.
• Casos de negocio y opciones de inversión (coste, beneficio, riesgo, TCO), y backlog cualificado de oportunidades con alcance y estimación.
