We are looking for a Salesforce Project Director with extensive experience leading digital transformation programs in energy sector companies, capable of managing complex projects end-to-end, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, business and technology stakeholders, as well as strategic vendors and partners.

The selected candidate will lead initiatives for the implementation and evolution of Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, etc.), ensuring the achievement of business objectives, quality, schedule, and budget.

What you'll do

  • Lead large Salesforce programs and projects within the Utilities and Energy sector.
  • Manage all phases of the project lifecycle:
    • Discovery and requirements definition.
    • BBP (Business Blueprint).
    • Functional and technical design.
    • Build and integrations.
    • Data migration.
    • Testing and UAT.
    • Go-Live and stabilization.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consulting, architecture, development, QA, integration, and change management teams.

  • Define and execute the project governance model.
  • Manage budget, planning, risks, dependencies, and quality.
  • Lead steering and direction committees.
  • Ensure the adoption of agile and hybrid methodologies.
  • Ensure the adoption of AI and SDD for project tasks
  • Oversee integrations with corporate platforms (SAP, ERP, commercial systems, billing, digital channels, and data platforms).
  • Identify opportunities for evolution and continuous transformation.
