The role
Reporting to the TECHNICIAN BASE MAINTENANCE MANAGER, the mission is to participate in the structural repairs of aircraft, working with both metal and composite materials, and to contribute to manufacturing processes related to these technologies within the Production Organization Approval (POA).

What you'll do
Structural repairs and fabrication:
Perform structural repairs on aircraft undergoing maintenance, including the replacement and repair of both metal and composite structures, following the technical documentation provided. This includes working with manuals as well as specific repair instructions.
Manufacture components under the scope of Avincis' POA, ensuring compliance with quality and technical standards.
Install fittings and brackets as required by the maintenance or manufacturing process.
Technical interpretation and documentation:
Accurately interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents, many of which are in English, to ensure precise execution of repairs and manufacturing tasks.
Operational support and supervision:
Work under the direction and supervision of the department head, adapting to the level of autonomy based on experience and task complexity.
Perform tasks such as sanding, drilling, riveting, cold forming, and welding as part of the repair and manufacturing processes.
Health, safety, and compliance:
Adhere to the company’s established safety and health regulations, always ensuring a safe working environment.
Understand and implement the company’s values, particularly those related to safety and quality, in all daily activities.
