The role
On this occasion, at Halcón Viajes, we need to recruit a Travel Agent for Motril, whose main functions will be:
What you'll do
- Promote sales according to brand values.
- Perform commercial follow-up on issued quotes.
- Generate bookings using the appropriate systems.
- Apply regulations regarding administration, collection management, and auditing.
- Attend to customer requests: information and advice on requested products, offers, request and preparation of quotes, etc.
- Process customer requests: bookings, ticket issuance, delivery of documentation (visas, travel insurance, etc.), request for prepayments, follow-up of services before and after the trip, etc.
- Invoice and process payments for managed services (files).
- Resolve and carry out follow-up on various incidents and claims (services, invoicing, etc.).
- Perform cash reconciliation and deposit cash into the bank.
- Inform customers of new product offers, campaigns, key dates, etc.
How you'll work
- Temporary contract to cover sick leave.
- Full-time, schedule: from 9:30 to 19:30 (rotating shifts)
- Immediate incorporation.
