- High level of English (minimum B2), other languages are valued.

The role

On this occasion, at BCD Travel we need to incorporate a Business Travel Agent in Bilbao, whose main functions will be:

What you'll do

- Integral management of corporate travel reservations (air, hotel, train, car, etc.).

- Personalized advice to clients according to travel policies and preferences.

- Issuance, reissuance, and cancellation of tickets.

- Incident resolution and after-sales service.

- Use of GDS tools (Amadeus) and online booking management (OBT).

- Coordination with other departments (billing, reporting, etc.)

- Compliance with quality KPIs and response times.
