FUNCTIONS: Prepare technical reports and specialized documentation, guaranteeing compliance with risk analysis and evaluation policies to facilitate informed decisions. Analyze and evaluate company risks, performing on-site visits or using received technical information, to determine insurability conditions. Offer technical support in underwriting processes, identifying critical aspects and designing conditions or restrictions, as well as developing training actions to strengthen technical skills. Foster customer loyalty through quality service, promoting the image of a responsible and competent insurer in industrial risks, and negotiating improvement plans in prevention and protection. Deliver technical training actions that improve operational efficiency and risk management in the industrial sector. PROFILE: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or similar. 3 to 5 years of experience in installation companies, fire protection engineering, anti-intrusion systems, machinery, or industrial processes. Deep knowledge of national and international regulations regarding the design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection and/or anti-intrusion systems. Ability to develop, design, and execute protection projects, including hydraulic calculations and knowledge in Industrial Security and Insurance Legislation. Competencies: analysis, synthesis, teamwork, goal orientation, communication and negotiation skills, leadership, and proactivity.
