What we're looking for

University studies in engineering or sciences (computer science, telecommunications, etc.).
Experience in technology risk management, whether in management roles or in the operational execution of technology projects.
Experience in implementing the DORA regulation.
Results orientation and autonomy in project development.
Autonomy and proactivity in taking on responsibilities.
Critical, analytical and communication skills.
Resilience and ability to adapt to changing and highly critical environments.

Nice to have

Professional certifications in this field will be valued (e.g. CISA, CRISC, ISO 27001).
Knowledge of the insurance and/or fund management business is desirable.

The role

Within VidaCaixa's Risk Management Division, the Non-Financial Risks function incorporates the management of Technology and Continuity Risks to deal with a complex and disruptive environment. This discipline aims to manage technology and continuity risks comprehensively, covering their identification, measurement, assessment, mitigation and reporting. In this way, it helps to ensure the proper management of information technologies and continuity processes, in line with VidaCaixa's strategy.

In this context, the main risk taxonomies described below are addressed, as well as emerging trends and external events related to them.

What you'll do

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to bring on board a Technology and Continuity Risk Manager, passionate about risk management and motivated to lead projects at VidaCaixa. Their main duties and responsibilities include:

Defining and periodically monitoring the main technology and continuity risk indicators.
Participating as a risk specialist in cross-cutting projects that may be related to technology risk (deployment of new applications, digital transformation, migration to cloud or between applications, integrations, etc.)
Continuous analysis of technology risk, including IT risk arising from third parties.
Involvement in the cross-cutting and periodic assessments of the risk function.
Reporting with an executive view to Senior Management and corporate forums.
