- Advise and resolve technical queries from claims handlers and inspectors regarding bodily injury claims, providing your medico-legal expertise to ensure well-founded decisions.
- Assess injuries according to applicable scales (motor vehicle, liability, accidents, life, health benefits), being responsible for the rigorous medico-legal evaluation of each case.
- Manage and supervise the medical expert network: coordinate additions and removals, validate quality of care, and detect and analyze fraud reports.
- Coordinate specialists for complex cases: select medico-legal and healthcare experts according to the required specialty, guaranteeing the best intervention available.
- Participate in audits of the group focused on expert quality, contracting, and regulatory compliance.
- Train medical experts in medico-legal criteria and AXA standards.
