Bakery Production Worker

Availability: TOTAL availability to work rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, and Night). Shift rotation is a fundamental characteristic of the position.

Weekly Availability: Availability from Monday to Sunday and flexibility to work odd days or cover production peaks as needed by the company.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year as a plus operator, with experience handling machinery and weighing processes.

Attitude: Demonstrate a Good Attitude, proactivity, and willingness to learn and assume the assigned tasks with rigor and responsibility.

Location: Residence near Rubí or ability to easily commute to the workplace.

As a Production Worker, your role will be essential for the flow of production. You will integrate into the different phases of the process, ensuring the quality and optimal pace of the line. Your main responsibilities will include:

Handling Raw Materials: Direct assistance at the Kneading stations or handling the injector on the production line, strictly following the recipes and established procedures.

Control and Monitoring: Constant supervision of the proper functioning of production machinery to prevent incidents and ensure smooth operation.

Final Product Phase: Performing Packaging, Packing, and Labeling tasks for the final products, ensuring they meet presentation and traceability criteria.

Maintaining Hygiene: Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workstation and in production areas, strictly complying with food safety and hygiene regulations.

General Support: Supporting the production team in various tasks that may arise to ensure the achievement of daily production goals.
