Job Bank - Tibidabo Amusement Park Operator - Summer, weekends and holidays

• Education: Compulsory Secondary Education, EGB, Baccalaureate, Higher Level Vocational Training, or equivalent.

• C1 level of Catalan and Spanish, English and other languages are valued.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in jobs involving direct customer service.

• Schedule availability to adapt to Tibidabo's hours and to be able to work weekends, holidays, and the summer season.

• The most important function is to be facilitators of experiences for all those people who visit the Tibidabo Amusement Park. In this sense, helping in the Park's purpose: "to make everyone who interacts with Tibidabo feel happy".
• To share and spread the enthusiasm and excitement of our work to both our colleagues and our customers.
• To offer Customer Service based on empathy with the Customer, from flexibility and respect.
• Control access to Attractions (height limitations, etc.).
• Check that customers are wearing the relevant safety measures.
• Start the attraction.
• Control the safety cycle.
• Stop the attraction and control the exit.
• Control and security tasks at the park entrances.
• Management of incidents at the entrances (barriers, bollards...).
• Ticket validations for the exit of vehicles.
• Assistance to parking customers requesting information, providing the relevant directions to possible user doubts regarding the Park's services.
• Relay feedback, from both users and from the experience itself, for the continuous improvement of the service.
• Sale of the park's food products at the different Foodtrucks.
• Preparation of the established offer at the assigned catering center.
• Counter service, self-service line, or individual carts.
• Customer service and promotion of the sale of the park's products.
• Cashier duties.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the establishment and the work tools used.
