The mission of the job will be to organize, plan, drive, coordinate, and direct the activity of the area, managing the assigned human resources and the available budget, and supervising the achievement of expected results, in accordance with the guidelines of the Operations Unit Head and the BSM management team.
Reporting to the Operations Unit Head, you will develop the following functions:
Direct, manage, and coordinate the human, economic, and material resources assigned to the area, ensuring their efficient use aligned with operational needs.
Drive, plan, and direct the activity of the Operations Area, guaranteeing the efficient, safe, and coordinated functioning of the different services and activities under their responsibility, under the guidelines of the Operations Unit Head.
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate projects, programs, and actions related to the Park's operations, safety, customer experience, continuous improvement, and process transformation.
Support the Operations Unit in defining the area's strategy, proposing improvement measures, and participating in the evaluation of results and service performance.
Coordinate and/or participate in cross-functional corporate projects, providing technical and operational knowledge in operations management, safety, and customer experience.
Represent the Operations area before other units of the organization, collaborating companies, public administrations, and other external agents when required.
