The role

Job MissionDesign, plan and supervise the company's product offering (insurance companies and products). Establish commercial relationships with insurance companies to improve relationship productivity. Analysis and underwriting of special risks and regulatory compliance regarding products and offerings.

What you'll do

Relationship and liaison with provider insurance companies
- Negotiation and coordination of protocols, products and economic and productivity agreements
- Establishment of long-term relationships
- Supervision of agreements
- Development of proprietary products
Product governance
- Technical support to offices
- Design and implement the underwriting policy based on product governance, optimizing portfolio profitability based on the available insurance offering and client profile
- Regulatory compliance
Relationship and liaison with technical areas of insurance companies at a global level
- Relations with group offices worldwide
- Implementation of measures and group offering

REQUIREMENTS

University degree
Experience in the insurance sector in technical management positions.
Knowledge of insurance techniques
Expert negotiator, with experience in brokerage.
Technical knowledge of personal lines.
English (conversational level)
