What we're looking for

The role

Ocean Ports & Shipping, a maritime agency specializing in the cruise sector and part of the ROMEU business holding, based in Barcelona, is looking to hire a Shorex Operations Executive to manage and coordinate shore excursion operations for international companies, including premium and ultra-luxury cruise lines.What will your functions be?

What you'll do

Comprehensive coordination of shore excursions in various ports.
Local supplier management: selection, negotiation, and service monitoring.
Preparation and updating of excursion programs adapted to different customer profiles (standard, premium, and luxury).
Operational supervision during port calls: control of timings, service quality, and incident resolution.
Direct communication with cruise lines and international teams.
Cost control, budgeting, and operational optimization.
Ensuring high standards of quality and passenger satisfaction.
