The role

What you'll do

Press monitoring and report preparation.
Promotion and monitoring of new editorial releases.
Assistance in editorial release presentations.
Support in the scheduling and execution of interviews and author signings.
Mass mailings of new editorial releases.
Relations with media outlets and bloggers.
Assistance in the organization of various events.
Writing of cover letters, notes, and press dossiers.
Performing physical and digital press clipping.
Support in event organization: press breakfasts, press conferences, and presentations.
Communication with media for the creation of databases.
Support in social media communication.
