The role

The selected person will be responsible for ensuring excellence in the management of assigned accounts, leading operational monitoring, indicator analysis, and the identification of growth opportunities.

What you'll do

Manage and develop the relationship with strategic clients.
Coordinate the operational monitoring of assigned accounts.
Monitor KPIs and service levels, proposing improvement actions when necessary.
Prepare forecasts, monitoring reports, and results analysis.
Participate in periodic meetings with clients to review service evolution.
Identify opportunities for development and expansion of services.
Collaborate with different internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor the billing and profitability of the accounts under their responsibility.

Requirements

University education.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in client management, key accounts, or similar positions.
Advanced level of English (C1).
Analytical skills and results orientation.
Excellent communication and client interaction skills.
Experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments is valued.
Knowledge of SAP will be a plus.
