What we're looking for

✅ 5 years of experience in backend development.

✅ Experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and NestJS.

✅ Solid knowledge of REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices.

✅ Experience with SQL and NoSQL, OAuth/JWT, queues, and asynchronous processes.

✅ Experience with legacy refactoring, performance, and scalability.

✅ Ability to translate business needs into solutions and technical backlog.

✅ Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile methodologies.

✅ Communication, autonomy, and the ability to coordinate and unblock teams.

✅ Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

The role

We are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst with previous experience in backend development to join a stable project within an international company that is a leader in its sector. A person who has worked as a developer and who can use that technical knowledge to gather requirements, define and propose solutions, prepare the technical backlog, and unblock the team throughout the entire delivery.

What you'll do

• Gather and analyze business and Product requirements.

• Propose technical solutions alongside architecture and development.

• Identify systems, microservices, dependencies, risks, and affected teams.

• Convert needs into epics, stories, tasks, and acceptance criteria.

• Document APIs, flows, validations, and error scenarios.

• Resolve doubts and unblock dependencies during development.

• Coordinate with Product, architecture, backend, and QA.

• Accompany initiatives through to production.
