• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar
• Master's in Auditing, Finance, or Accounting is valued.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in financial audit.
• Solid knowledge in financial consolidation, goodwill, transfer pricing, and intercompany eliminations.
• Experience working with IFRS/NIIF standards in multinational environments
• Knowledge of non-financial information and sustainability (NFI/ESG).
• Experience in accounting management and financial closures, preferably in holding companies
• Experience coordinating consolidated audits and corporate closing processes
• Participation in M&A, Due Diligence, and company integration projects is valued.
• Advanced level of Excel and Office tools. Experience with consolidation software, Netsuite, and Tagetik will be valued.

We want to welcome a new colleague as Corporate Financial Audit and Consolidation Manager.

Mission: We are looking for a person to lead the Group's financial audit and consolidation processes, guaranteeing the reliability of financial and non-financial information, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of the relationship with external auditors and corporate areas. Additionally, they will be a key figure in the parent company's accounting and in strategic growth and corporate transformation projects.

• Lead and coordinate the Group's financial and sustainability audits, guaranteeing regulatory compliance and the quality of the reported information
• Manage the monthly and annual financial consolidation process, ensuring the consistency and reliability of data from all Group companies.
• Act as the main interlocutor with external auditors, coordinating the planning, execution, and follow-up of audits.
• Supervise the accounting of the parent company (Holding), leading accounting closures and relevant corporate operations.
• Advise on accounting and financial matters, participating in strategic projects, corporate operations, and company acquisition and integration processes.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the Group's audit, consolidation, and corporate governance processes.
