We are expanding our team and we are looking to bring in a Head of Managed Services to boost services within this area for our main clients.

Mission: To grow Managed Services within Between Group's key accounts incrementally. To present and win MS proposals, create value and accompany major accounts in their evolution from staffing to the provision of this type of services.

• Business development in Managed Services within the largest clients.
• Evolution of existing services that need to be changed to Managed Services.
• Analysis of Managed Services proposals: gathering requirements, drafting proposals, presenting to clients.
• Work jointly with the General Manager and the Chief Operations Officer.

• Degree in Business Administration or related fields to technology.
• Knowledge in areas such as web development, infrastructure, data, technical support, etc. will be positively valued.
• Experience in sales and management of IT services in large accounts of at least 5 years.
• Business orientation: ability to build a solid network and grow accounts.
• Results orientation: management of SLAs, KPIs
• Experience in drafting IT proposals.
• High level of Catalan and English.
• Having your own vehicle is a plus.
• Availability to travel occasionally.
