We are currently looking for a Process and Industrialization Engineer to take part in a project related to the manufacturing and assembly of large metal structures for the wind energy sector.

The selected candidate will be responsible for defining, developing, and optimizing the production processes associated with the manufacturing and assembly of Steel Tower structures, working closely with the Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics areas.

What will I do?

• Define and develop manufacturing and assembly processes for large metal structures.
• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, costs, and execution deadlines.
• Prepare and keep up to date the technical documentation associated with the processes.
• Define work instructions and operational standards.
• Take part in the industrialization and start-up of new production processes.
• Analyze production issues and propose corrective and improvement actions.
• Collaborate with the Engineering, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure the proper implementation of processes.
• Take part in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.

• Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Industrial Organization, Industrial Design Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial environments related to manufacturing, assembly, or industrialization.
• Experience working with large metal structures.
• Experience in wind tower or Steel Tower projects will be especially valued.
• Experience in defining and optimizing production processes and preparing technical documentation.
• English level B2-C1.
