Construction Manager

• University degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the EPC sector.
• Demonstrable experience in managing Combined Cycle projects is a great advantage.
• Deep knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards in Israel.
• Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in the English language (oral and written).
• Availability to reside and work in Tel Aviv, Israel.
• Result-oriented with high organizational capacity.
• Previous experience in international projects will be valued.

We are looking for a Construction Manager to expand one of our teams in Tel Aviv (Israel).

• Supervise and manage all construction activities in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, with a particular focus on Combined Cycle projects.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with the highest quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate and direct work teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to guarantee the efficient execution of the works.
• Plan, schedule, and control the resources necessary for project execution, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
• Manage project risks, identify potential problems, and develop mitigation plans.
• Maintain fluid and effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, local authorities, and internal teams.
• Guarantee compliance with all applicable local and international regulations regarding construction, safety, and the environment in Israel.
• Review and approve blueprints, technical specifications, and other project documents.
• Supervise the quality of materials and the execution of the works, performing inspections and ensuring conformity with established standards.
• Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction with the progress and outcome of the project.
• Participate actively in strategic planning and bid management for future projects.
• Prepare periodic progress reports and present results to management and clients.
