Requirements

What we're looking for

University or technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience in engineering, testing, experimentation, technical analysis, or product development environments.
Experience in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of technical and experimental data.
Ability to investigate technical incidents, perform troubleshooting, and identify possible root causes.
Ability to document tests, results, and experimentation processes.
Ability to work cross-functionally with different technical teams.
Practical, analytical profile oriented toward problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Good level of English, both oral and written, to work in an international environment.

Nice to have

Experience in design of experiments (DOE) and preparation of test plans.
Knowledge of printing processes or printing quality evaluation.
Experience in log analysis, system traces, KPIs, and historical data.
Knowledge of automation through scripts and development of analysis tools.
Experience creating dashboards and automated reports.
Knowledge of metrology and process control.

You will work in an R&D environment for 3D printing technologies, participating in the execution of experiments, data analysis, and the improvement of testing processes. You will collaborate with different technical teams to evaluate printing quality, investigate incidents, and develop tools to optimize experimentation and analysis processes.

What you'll do

Prepare and monitor design of experiments and testing plans (DOE), including the creation of print jobs, the preparation of test pieces, and coordination with laboratory technicians.
Supervise the execution of tests and collaborate in the evaluation of quality.
Collect and analyze printer traces, logs, KPIs, and experimental data.
Collaborate in troubleshooting and root cause investigation tasks to identify and resolve problems related to printing processes.
Monitor the status of printers, metrology equipment, and test plans.
Keep documentation of experiments and testing activities up to date.
Review historical data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations to help resolve incidents and support technical investigations.
Develop and maintain dashboards, scripts, and automation tools to facilitate data analysis, report generation, and experiment monitoring.
Automate process control checks and troubleshooting activities.
Collaborate in the continuous improvement and simplification of the team's testing and analysis workflows.

How you'll work

You will have a permanent contract.
Flexible schedule and full-time employment.
You will work on-site at the HP offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès. Good communication with public transport and free parking within the facilities.
You will have a PC and the necessary peripherals for your work.
