At BETWEEN Technology we are looking to bring on board a Tooling and Industrial Means Engineer to take part in a project related to the manufacturing and assembly of large-scale metal structures within the Steel Tower field.

Your mission will be to define and coordinate the development of the tooling, devices and auxiliary means required for the production processes, following them through to validation and implementation on the plant floor.

• Analyse manufacturing and assembly needs to define the required tooling, devices and auxiliary means.
• Prepare the technical and functional specifications for the production means.
• Define the technical requirements, documentation and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate the design and development of the tooling with external suppliers and internal teams.
• Follow up on their manufacturing, validation, commissioning and implementation.
• Review the technical documentation delivered by suppliers and design teams.
• Propose improvements to existing means to increase productivity, quality and safety.
• Work closely with the Process Engineering, Production and Quality teams during the different industrialisation phases.

• At least 3 years of experience in industrial environments related to manufacturing, assembly or industrialisation.
• Experience in defining, developing, following up on or implementing tooling, devices or production means.
• Education in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Organisation, Industrial Design or similar.
• Ability to prepare and review technical specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Minimum English level of B2 to operate in a professional environment.

• Experience with large-scale metal structures or Steel Tower projects.
• Experience in heavy industry, wind energy, rail, naval, aerospace or special machinery.
• Experience coordinating tooling or industrial means suppliers.

En BETWEEN Technology buscamos incorporar un/a Ingeniero/a de Utillajes y Medios Industriales para participar en un proyecto relacionado con la fabricación y montaje de estructuras metálicas de gran tamaño dentro del ámbito Steel Tower.

Tu misión será definir y coordinar el desarrollo de los utillajes, dispositivos y medios auxiliares necesarios para los procesos productivos, realizando su seguimiento hasta la validación e implantación en planta.

• Analizar las necesidades de fabricación y montaje para definir los utillajes, dispositivos y medios auxiliares necesarios.
• Elaborar las especificaciones técnicas y funcionales de los medios de producción.
• Definir los requisitos técnicos, documentación y criterios de aceptación.
• Coordinar el diseño y desarrollo de los utillajes con proveedores externos y equipos internos.
• Realizar el seguimiento de su fabricación, validación, puesta en marcha e implantación.
• Revisar la documentación técnica entregada por proveedores y equipos de diseño.
• Proponer mejoras sobre los medios existentes para incrementar la productividad, la calidad y la seguridad.
• Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de Ingeniería de Procesos, Producción y Calidad durante las diferentes fases de industrialización.

• Al menos 3 años de experiencia en entornos industriales relacionados con fabricación, montaje o industrialización.
• Experiencia en la definición, desarrollo, seguimiento o implantación de utillajes, dispositivos o medios de producción.
• Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Organización Industrial, Diseño Industrial o similar.
• Capacidad para elaborar y revisar especificaciones técnicas y criterios de aceptación.
• Nivel de inglés mínimo B2 para desenvolverse en un entorno profesional.

• Experiencia en estructuras metálicas de gran tamaño o proyectos Steel Tower.
• Experiencia en industria pesada, eólica, ferroviaria, naval, aeronáutica o maquinaria especial.
• Experiencia coordinando proveedores de utillajes o medios industriales.
