We are looking for a Senior Industrial Project Manager for an automotive Tier 1 company in Vallès Oriental, to lead industrial stamping and welding projects from start to finish, from RFQ to plant closure.

Functions

End-to-end management of industrial projects: RFQ, supplier selection and qualification, launch, industrialization, SOP, and project closure.
Preparation and control of complete cost breakdowns (material costs, processes, tooling, labor, and logistics).
Management of purchase orders (POs) from their start to the completion of the project at the plant.
Coordination with plants, suppliers, and customers (OEM / Tier 1).
Interpretation of technical drawings and customer requirements.
Leadership and coordination of technical teams, ensuring deadlines, costs, and quality.
Monitoring project progress and resolving industrial issues.

1) Education

Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or similar).

2) Experience

Solid experience in automotive Tier 1 environments.
Specialization in metal stamping and welding.
Experience in managing complex industrial projects.
Preparation of complete cost breakdowns and comprehensive management of POs.
Strong autonomy, decision-making, and team leadership skills.

3) Languages

English B2 high / C1.
Fluent Spanish (Catalan is a plus).

4) Other

Good command of office software and technical documentation.
Availability for occasional domestic travel.

Nice to have

Familiarity with customer portals (OEM).
Previous experience in international projects.
