We are looking for a Materials and Warehouse Manager to expand one of our teams in Tel Aviv, Israel.

As Materials and Warehouse Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Comprehensive Warehouse Management: Supervise and optimize all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency in receiving, storage, order picking, and material dispatch.
• Inventory Control: Implement and maintain accurate inventory control systems, performing periodic counts and reconciliations to minimize discrepancies and losses.
• Supplier Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms, prices, and delivery times to ensure the timely and cost-effective supply of materials.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with other departments (purchasing, production, engineering) to anticipate material needs and ensure availability for projects.
• Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop warehouse personnel, assigning tasks, supervising performance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations in the warehouse, as well as internal company policies.
• Cost Management: Monitor and control costs associated with warehouse management, seeking efficiencies and optimizations.
• Management Systems: Implement and optimize the use of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate periodic reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and other key indicators for management.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in materials and warehouse management, preferably in industrial sectors such as petrochemical, chemical, or energy.
• Technical Knowledge: Solid knowledge in inventory management, logistics, supply chain, and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in team management and development.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make decisions based on information.
• Competencies: Result orientation, proactivity, problem-solving ability, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Education: University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Specific training in supply chain management or logistics will be valued.
