What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology Engineering and a Master's in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
10 years of demonstrable experience in the design and calculation of facilities.
Deep knowledge and practical experience in the design and calculation of the following systems: electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, sanitation, and fire protection.
Mastery of current Spanish technical regulations (RITE, REBT, CTE, etc.) and experience in their application.
Experience in preparing technical reports, drawings, measurements, budgets, and specifications.
Strong ability for technical coordination with multidisciplinary teams, especially with architecture.
Experience in energy optimization of facilities and knowledge of energy efficiency solutions.
Results-oriented, proactive, and with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Availability to work 100% remotely.

*Supporting documentation for the degree and professional experience will be required.

Nice to have

Experience using specific software for facility calculation and design (e.g., Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, CYPE).
Knowledge of international regulations applicable to facilities.
Experience in industrial facilities or singular buildings.
Knowledge of industrial safety applied to facilities.

The role

BETWEEN Group is seeking a Facilities Drafting Manager with at least 10 years of experience to join our team. This is a 100% remote opportunity to lead the definition, calculation, and drafting of building facilities projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and seamless integration into the overall project.

What you'll do

As the Facilities Drafting Manager, you will be the key figure in the conception and delivery of the technical facilities within our projects. Your responsibilities will include:

Technical Leadership: Direct and oversee the comprehensive drafting of the building's facilities project.
Advanced Design and Calculation: Perform detailed design and calculations for electrical, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Comprehensive Technical Documentation: Prepare technical reports, detailed drawings, calculation justifications, and technical and administrative specifications, ensuring maximum precision and clarity.
Interdisciplinary Coordination: Maintain close technical coordination with the architecture team to ensure optimal integration of facilities within the overall building design.
Rigorous Regulatory Compliance: Ensure and verify strict adherence to all applicable technical regulations, including RITE, REBT, CTE, and other relevant standards.
Optimization and Efficiency: Propose and develop facility solutions that maximize energy and functional efficiency, prioritizing long-term sustainability and cost savings.
Support and Validation: Provide expert technical support during project review and validation phases, resolving issues and ensuring final quality.
Technical Solutions Management: Identify and propose the most suitable technical solutions for each project, adapting to specific needs and emerging technologies.
Contribution to Construction Project: Ensure the generated documentation is complete and rigorous to facilitate the construction phase and subsequent execution.
