We are looking for a Qualification and Validation Technician (CQV) profile to expand one of our pharmaceutical teams in Barcelona.

This opportunity has a 9-month temporary duration with high possibilities of extension.

What you'll do

Preparation, review, and execution of IQ, OQ, and PQ qualification protocols, as well as the corresponding reports.
Verification of compliance with user requirement specifications (URS) and the technical and functional requirements of the equipment.
Documentary management of incidents, deviations, and corrective actions derived from qualification activities.
Preparation and execution of process validation protocols for the product manufactured on the filling line.
Definition and verification of critical process parameters (CPP) and critical quality attributes (CQA).
Monitoring of validation batches and collection of the results obtained.
Evaluation of results and preparation of validation reports.
Support in the investigation of deviations and in the implementation of corrective actions when necessary.

3. Documentary requalification of production equipment

Documentary review of the qualified state of the equipment, considering the maintenance history, calibrations, deviations, change controls, and technical interventions.
Preparation of evaluations and documentary requalification reports that justify the maintenance of the qualified state or the need to execute additional tests.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, etc.)
2 years of experience as a Qualification and Validation Technician (CQV) in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry
High English level (minimum B2)
