We are expanding our team and looking to bring in an Account Manager to develop the Printing Unit's business in the areas of Digital Experience, UX/UI, and Product Design, driving Outsourcing and Consulting solutions for our clients. For this reason, we are looking for a person specialized in UX/UI areas with experience in business development, sales, or in project management positions with direct client contact.

What you'll do

You will directly manage the most important client.
You will lead the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
You will work on acquiring new clients and activating them
Marketing of outsourcing services, specialized squads and consulting in the fields of UX Research, UX Design, UI Design, Product Design, Design Systems, Service Design and Digital Experience.
You will provide continuous follow-up on opportunities and orders
You will coordinate with the Talent team, ensuring effective talent management within the Business Unit.
You will act as a consulting reference in UX/UI and Product Design, helping clients identify needs, define solutions, and build specialized teams that drive their digital initiatives.

Requirements

Training in digital product design and UX/UI areas.
Practical knowledge of digital design tools and methodologies such as Figma, FigJam, Jira, Confluence.
Experience in project management in UX/UI areas.
Experience in business development roles, commercial prospecting, or project management directly with clients.
Experience with managed solutions and Talent as a Service (TaaS) models is highly valued.
Ability to quickly understand the client's business: challenges, technological priorities, and objectives; stakeholders and decision-making processes; budgets and how the value proposition fits.
Strong negotiation skills, both with clients and strategic partners.
