The role
As a Product Management and Marketing intern, you will support the team in defining and optimizing initiatives to improve the value proposition and customer experience in our financial products. You will work on real growth projects in an environment that covers the entire customer lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Collaborate in the analysis of customer behavior and the use of financial products.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in user experience and the value proposition.
- Participate in the design, monitoring, and testing of new product functionalities.
- Prepare monitoring materials, dashboards, and key indicator reports.
- Support the execution and coordination of commercial acquisition and loyalty campaigns.
