HEY (Heineken Early Years Program) is a 12-month training program for young people who have already taken their first professional steps and want to grow within a large company.

At HEINEKEN España, we are looking for talent to join our innovation (marketing) team at our Madrid offices.

During this internship, you will have the opportunity to learn about innovation and product development processes within the Marketing area, collaborating with the team on various strategic initiatives and acquiring a transversal view of the business. Among other activities, you will provide support in:

• Collaborating in the preparation and updating of monitoring reports for innovations launched to the market.
• Supporting the analysis of results and the identification of key learnings.
• Participating in the collection and validation of information with the different teams involved.
• Providing support in the monitoring and analysis of trends, competitors, and innovations at both national and international levels.
• Collaborating in the identification of innovation opportunities alongside the team.
• Supporting the relationship and coordination with global partners and those from other markets for the exchange of learnings and best practices.
• Participating in the management and monitoring of the sending and receiving of samples.
• Collaborating in creativity sessions, concept generation, and brainstorming dynamics.
• Supporting projects focused on Gen Z consumers through co-creation and idea development.
• Providing support in the coordination and monitoring of external agencies.
• Participating in the preparation and development of presentations for projects and initiatives within the area.
• Collaborating in activities related to the development of new products, including sample management, feedback collection, and participation in tastings.
• Providing support in packaging development projects, accompanying the team in the monitoring of designs, approvals, and deadlines.
• Participating in the management and monitoring of innovation projects, progressively assuming responsibilities under the supervision of the team.
• Supporting the team in the coordination and monitoring of the company's innovation process.
• Collaborating in the identification of opportunities for improvement and process optimization.
• Participating in the monitoring of project progress and in the preparation of documentation for meetings and work forums.
• Providing support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and minutes.
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure the correct monitoring of initiatives.
• Supporting the team in planning and organization processes for the area's initiatives.
• Collaborating in internal communication actions and engagement activities.
• This internship will allow you to develop competencies in innovation, market analysis, project management, product development, and transversal work with different areas of the organization.
