The role

MISSION

Drive growth and loyalty among last-mile customers through consultative management, competitive mobility solutions, and effective coordination with internal teams to offer a differentiated, high-value service.

Accompany last-mile leaders on a daily basis in the construction of smarter and more sustainable urban mobility, guiding their transformation with strategic vision, innovation, and an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll do

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the end-to-end asset transfer process for vehicles coming from the competition.
Lead collaboration with all members of the Last Mile Delivery Business Unit, ensuring the voice of the customer is heard daily, defending their needs and priorities.
Exhaustive monitoring of vehicles "on the road" to improve KPIs agreed upon with the customer.
Incident management, ensuring agile resolution to reduce the impact on the customer's operations.
Driving continuous improvement projects by identifying growth opportunities.
Constant support for planning and strategic committees, helping to prepare monthly meetings with data and strategic vision.
Manage the fleet lifecycle by supervising deliveries, renewals, and contract ends, with a focus on availability and operational continuity.
